Since opening its doors in June 2021, Blue Brews Bistro has become a culinary haven in the heart of Holywell National Park, a hidden gem where good food, great company, and the beauty of nature come together in perfect harmony. With fresh mountain air and panoramic views as your backdrop, each visit to Blue Brews Bistro feels like a getaway, just a short drive from the city, yet a world apart.

Our kitchen is powered by love, family traditions, and a commitment to quality. Guests come for the atmosphere, but they stay for the food. Our handcrafted dishes range from comforting classics to vibrant, health-conscious creations, from juicy gourmet burgers and crispy loaded fries to fresh wraps, hearty salads, and vegan delights. Blue Brews Bistro is open seven days a week, however, Monday - Friday are only available by reservations or group bookings to ensure an intimate, relaxed experience, just the way we like it. Blue Brews Bistro is the go-to spot for breakfast dates, family brunches, weekend escapes, and special celebrations. We also offer catering for events big and small, with customizable menus and friendly service that travels.
